About SISKEN

SISKEN was launched in 2008  when, working as a graphic designer in metropolitan Melbourne, designer Kristy McKenna desperately wanted a laptop bag to cater for her needs, aesthetically and in function.

Despite an extensive search, she couldn't find anything suitable and so SISKEN was born with an elegant and functional laptop bag made to her specifications. That single work bag has evolved into a hugely popular collection of handbags, purses, work and travel bags, and a men's range, which is stocked in specialty stores and boutiques Australia wide.

Leather is a stylish and practical material which provides Kristy with great motivation. Lining fabrics are hand-printed signature designs, making each bag a unique and beautiful accessory. 

Kristy is continually inspired by the texture and the luxurious feel of quality leather and the fact that no two pieces are exactly the same. She works closely with leather tailors each season, learning new and exciting technique to incorporate into her collections.
