Payment Methods

We have various methods of payment available for your convenience.

By following the easy steps at the checkout, you can pay by Credit Card via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this facility.

Please be assured that your credit card details are safe and secure through PayPal, and your credit card details are not accessible by us.

If you wish to pay via bank deposit, or have alternative methods of payment, please choose the Manual Checkout option and we will contact you to arrange for payment.

International Orders

Delivery

Delivery times within Australia are 3-7 business days, and up to 10 days for international delivery..

Shipping will be by Australia Post as a registered package. This means someone must sign for the delivered item at the destination address. If no one is available to sign, notification will be left to pick up at nearest Post Office or to arrange for redelivery at a convenient time when someone is available to sign.

Notification must be given within 7 days of purchase and must be returned with 21 days with your 'proof of purchase' receipt included. To notify us please contact

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the item or items and all goods must be returned in unused and undamaged condition as well as being sent in an appropriate manner to prevent damage in transit.

Upon receipt of returns in original unused condition, the refund will be credited to the account or credit card used for the original purchase.

Faulty products

Notification of any faulty products must be received within 90 days of purchase with a further 28 days given for return of product. The cost of returning the product to SISKEN will be covered by the purchaser.

Proof of purchase must be included in the return.

To notify us of faulty product please contact with details of whether you require a refund or exchange.

Exchange can only be made where appropriate and if item is available. Any repairs will be made by SISKEN. Delivery of repair or exchange when due to faulty product will be covered by SISKEN.

NB: Faulty product does not include damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product.

Warranties and Care

The SISKEN Collection is a combination of leather, cotton and linen, handmade and hand printed. The nature of these materials is quite hard wearing but common sense must be taken to ensure your item is well maintained. As these quality items are of natural materials there may be variations in colour, feel and surface texture which are not considered flaws or faults but part of the uniqueness and beauty of natural materials.
